Return note

When you shop at MIAMAN.COM you accept conditions written below. We recommend that you read our conditions thoroughly before you get involved in a trade.

Whether you buy 1 or 4 pairs of shoes you always only pay € 5 /  $ 7 / dkk 35 for the expenses with Post Danmark. All items to be sent abroad are sent by Post Danmark and are sent as insured parcels and as commercial parcels (see exception in the stockings & socks passage). Please note that your package must be picked up at the nearest post office and is not delievered to you home adress.
Items sent to Europe take between 2-3 days while items sent outside of Europe typically take 3-6 weekdays. In Denmark we deliever within 1-2 weekdays. In the eventuality of delays MIAMAN.COM cannot be held responsible. Should your goods against all odds be very delayed (several days) or not be delivered MIAMAN.COM will naturally resend your order free of charge. 
Please be aware of the existing rules regarding duty and value added tax (VAT) to none EU countries. See more under the heading duty and VAT. MIAMAN.COM take reservation for an eventual extra charge in regards to volume and weight at large orders. Contact us before ordering at

If you buy socks or stockings we will send your goods as ordinary post, in this case you do not receive a tracking number. You will receive your goods directly to the specified address.Delievery times are same as for parcels. We do this in order to offer our customers low freight prices in EU. If your parcel exceeds 2 kg. we will send your parcel with tracking number.

We send all our goods as insured commercial parcels (see exception in the stockings & socks passage). You will receive the tracking number immediately after the parcel has been despatched / mailed. Unfortunately it can take up to 12 hours before you can follow your parcel. The goods are fully insured for the duration of the mailing time. When receiving the parcel we ask you to check the contents of the parcel. If the parcel and or its content is damaged you must notify the freight company as soon as possible or within 2 days of receiving the parcel and then following this return the goods to us.
MIAMAN.COM is not responsible for goods damaged during transportation. We always pack the goods as safely as possible to avoid freight damage. We take reservation for flaws and out of stock or sold out goods.

If you wish to exchange to the same style in another size or to another article we recommend that you immediately buy the new style you wish. This is to avoid your article from being sold out before we receive the return article from you. The wrong article must be returned within 14 days together with the return slip. We will refund the amount from your first purchase as soon as possible after we have received the returned article.

MIAMAN.COM give you a full 14 day right of return as in accordance with the Danish law of commerce. You just have to fill out the return slip that has been sent in your package. Enclose the slip with your goods. The return slip can also be filled out and printed here(see top of page).  We reserve the right to return an article bought on sale (on the buyers cost) if it has exceeded the 14 days right of return. Reduced products and goods on sale must be returned within 7 days.
The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received by the buyer. It is also very important that you try on your newly bought shoes on a soft rug/carpet or towel. We reserve the right to refuse the return of shoes or boots, which have marks after use, regardless of how small they might be. This is simply because we cannot sell the goods again so please try on your shoes or boots with great consideration, (thank you). 
When you send your goods return they should be sent return in the original wrapping / shoebox, carefully wrapped in the same bag, bubble plastic or box. We reserve the right to refuse packages that are sent in irresponsible wrappings. We cannot sell the article again if it, or the shoebox, is damaged. When we have received the article and accepted the returning of it, we will as quickly as possible and inside 14 days return the purchasing amount to your bank account -though minus postage. In order to avoid the illegal use of stolen credit cards we only return the money to the credit card that the articles were bought with.

If you order from an EU-country you have to pay Danish moms (VAT) but no duty because of the laws regarding free movement of articles within the EU.
If you place an order outside the EU the Danish moms (VAT) will be taken of the bill. Be aware that the article can be kept back by the customs and duty and possibly local taxes and duties may be may be added to the bill that MIAMAN.COM cannot be held responsible for. If the parcel is kept back by the customs and duty office it can delay your parcel for some time. If you find that it has been kept back you contact the local customs and duty office and pay the extra expenses that have been added.

At MIAMAN.COM it is important to us that our customers are satisfied and that it's easy and quick to shop. We offer all customers in Denmark free return shipping if the product purchased does not fit.

We offer free return shipping if the following are met:
To exchange for another size or another item of equal or greater value.
You choose to receive a voucher for future use at MIAMAN.COM
Unfortunately, we do NOT offer free return shipping in the following cases:
On sale goods, discounted goods and collection samples.
If you send the product back and will get the money back.
You will return packages that meet the above conditions, using the return label from Post Denmark placed in the package when you receive it. Just fill out the label and send the package to us.
If there are no return label in your package, you must send your package back to us as an insured package with tracking number. We do not accept packages that are returned as letters, because they can not be traced.
You can of course easily use our return label even if your purchase does not meet the above conditions, we will then refund 65 dkk less to cover shipping costs. When we have received the article and accepted the returning of it, we will as quickly as possible and inside 14 days return the purchasing amount to your bank account -though minus postage and 65 ddk for use of the return label.

If you have received a gift that has been bought at you can return it inside 8 days and either exchange it for another article of the same value or receive a credit note that must be used within a year. In order to exchange a gift you have to send the original invoice and the return slip otherwise we cannot exchange your gift. The return slip you can also find here. (see top of page).
If you find an article that is more expensive than the gift you can pay the difference on registration number 2253 account number  6287956841, Nordea plus 35 dkk. for freight and to get the new article sent. Fill out the return slips part, about presents, and place it in the parcel together with the article to be returned. When you return your present it must be returned in the original wrappings / shoebox, carefully wrapped in the same bag, bubble plastic or box. We reserve the right to refuse a return gift that is sent in irresponsible wrappings, as we cannot sell the article again if it, or the shoebox, is damaged. The gift must be returned unused and in the same condition the buyer received it in. 
The costumer pays for the returning of a gift. When we have received the present and possibly the difference (if it has been exchanged to a more expensive article) we will, as soon as possible, send you a credit note or the article you have exchanged it to.
If you wish to have the money returned, it is unfortunately only possible to return it to the credit card that paid for it in the first place.

The laws of commerce, regarding the 2-year complaints law, cover all our goods. The right to complain means that you as a customer can complain about faults and things missing from the article bought and that have occurred during the 2-year period after you have bought it must be said though, that according to the consumer’s council, shoes and socks for example, have a normal life time that can be less than 2-years. Further more there can be a lot of different circumstances that must be taken into consideration before accepting the complaint. The right to complaint does not cover when mistakes occur because of wrong use, neglect in maintenance or normal ware and tare. Be especially aware that there is no right to complain about sequins,stones and pearls. If you are in doubt you could, before you complain, contact our costumer service You must pay freight prices yourself in connection with the returning of articles because of a complaint. When you have sent the article back and we have accepted the complaint we will transfer the amount to your bank account. Always  send the original invoice as proof of purchase  otherwise we will reject your reclamation.

At MIAMAN.COM you can pay with Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and American Express. The amount will first be withdrawn from your account when the goods are sent from our stockrooms. Our prices are given in dkk. eur. gbp. or usd. and are inclusive 25% VAT unless the goods are sent to a none EU country.  Read more about this in the section about DUTY and VAT. Only PBS is admitted to your data. do not have any admittance to your credit information. We take reservation for any printing errors.

MIAMAN.COM cannot guarantee that the colours that are shown on MIAMAN.COM are precisely reproduced as on our products.

Each problem or twist between the partners must be decided in Denmark and by Danish laws.
